This landscape analysis would include like, as well as different, major institutions, from Jewish and human rights organizations to higher education, museums, hospitals, and performing arts centers. Steward and solicit a portfolio of major donors from the Seattle metropolitan area and possibly other parts of the Western Region who have the capacity to contribute at least $10,000 annually. Identify and cultivate donors who give less but have the capacity to give at least $10,000, and create individual strategies that will lead to a 5-figure gift within three years. Design and implement short- and long- term strategies to strengthen existing relationships with current major donors and expand the donor base through acquisition of new donors at this level, including special events, parlor meetings, and other donor cultivation activities. Cultivate and foster emerging leadership with potential to serve on the national AJWS board. Collaborate with all AJWS divisions and stakeholders to successfully achieve annual development revenue goals.
